Is station-roaming recommended for home AP users using the same SSID for 2.4 and 5GHz?

Hello.

I have a hAP ac² running both frequencies (2.4 and 5GHz) with the same SSID.

Is station-roaming=enabled recommended in this configuration? Or is it more harmful than helpful?
