Is the support@mikrotik.com team overloaded ?

Just wondering as I have been waiting 6 days without a response to a rather urgent ticket I logged. Ticket# 2011090866000325

Now 11days with no answer from Mikrotik support :frowning:

I checked. That question is more suited for the forum, as it’s not some simple advice question. Support is capable of only answering simple questions. Yours requires involving developers. I will make sure somebody answers something

There are many posts stating the forums are for users to help each other. As this is a complex problem, and is possibly a bug or a missing feature, I emailed support@mikrotik.com as this problem would require an answer from Mikrotik.

Let me know the best course of action to take to get this issue resolved and I will take it.
