Is there a way to manage a group of ip perfix for route tabl

I need set entire area (for example, Europe) go through VPN (if available).

So I need to manage a fairly large table of IP addresses.

I wonder if there is a better way to manage this in winbox, instead of write a long script of “/ip route add xxxxxxxx”
