What is the real reason of giving only 10/100 Mbps Ethernet port to these devices? I was installing a modem, where modem delivered by operator easily reached 120-130 Mbps download over its built-in access point. That seems to be impossible to get with any (SXT or LHG) LTE devices from Mikrotik. Am I right?
LtAP (not LtAP Mini) it’s coming… Outdoor LTE CPE with 1 Gbps port. I not know the release date.
Anyway you already have RBM33G for indoor purposes.
Regards.
on sxtlte you could bond ether1 & 2. that would then be just enough for 150 theoretical max.
for anyone looking for an LHG with Gigabit Ethernet, it now exists: https://mikrotik.com/product/lhgg_lte6_kit
Not right, no. A lot of people don’t have access to 100Mbps in rural areas. Having a device with a 1Gbps port and a Cat3000 modem won’t help.
The main issue with the SXT devices is the antenna for lower frequencies are useless.
