Is there any extra use for unlooked-for dynamic ip address?

I am a subscriber of 2M adsl, and it happened that I recently found Mikrotik can dialed more than once by pppoe client.I created three pppoe client, dialed and hence got three several dynamic ip address successfully likes what shown in picture 1. But when I downloaded,it seems only one “pppoe-out” can work, the other two are still as the picture 2 shown.

Question one:
Is this the bug of the ISP? Why do they allow the subscriber get several dynamic ip address at the same time? It will do harm to them.

Question two:
How can I make use of this unexpected “bonus”?

Where can I find the “pcc” option? I can’t find the “pcc” in my v4.02,there isn’t in “firewall”—>“mangle”.

It is on the Advanced tab. You’re missing other options, too. According to your screenshot you are running a 4.0 beta. Upgrade to proper 4.2.
