I have two default routes from my 11AHx2. They are both to the same WISP and I have an account on their core router for running bandwidth tests. I use one as my primary and another as a backup. Both connections are active default routes with the backup set to a higher default route distance. I would like to create a script to test both connections and switch to the fastest route.
I am looking for a way to specify the interface or route for bandwidth testing. Currently my best solution is to run a bandwidth test, reorder the default routes then test again. I would like to be able to test both connections without switching back and forth.
I appreciate any thoughts on how I can accomplish this. Thanks.
