My CRS (running as a pure switch, with all ports slaves to port 1) just started going nuts.
The LCD on the front would display the image upside down and all lights on ports started turning off for a second, then back on. It kept cycling like that, power reset didn’t help, ended up hard resetting it using the LCD menu after several tries.
