I’m about to purchase it for use in the USA, and I need to make sure it’s the right one.

It’s like this, you need to verify the last two letters which is often not attached in the description.

US: RBLHGR&R11e-LTE-US
International: RBLHGR&R11e-LTE-IN

I don’t see either of those in the literature.

Yes you’re right I mistook it for the same device, their LTE6 devices just go by bands not international or US.

Just verify the bands you need are enabled in the device you posted about (RBLHGR&R11e-LTE6) and it should work for you.
