Hi, I’ve read the 7.13 has new options, does it contain also 802.11R K and V for roaming? Has been the capsman enhanced? Is it worth to install a so young version about this features? I don’t want to have problems, I prefer to wait in case.
Thank you
For me (in a home environment) it was a no brainer. And I am really enjoying, because of use of the wifi-qcom-ac driver (which does make FT available and working). If you only have ac ARM devices, you really should consider. MIPSBE is not supported, mixed environment is however supported.
What kind of environment are you considering?
What kind of hardware is involved?
How many users?
I assume 803.11 is a type (802.11)?
thanks for answer, I have different systems, most of them are mipsbe, in most of objects I have different rooms, is much metter to buy twice mibspe and place them on rooms instead of spend double money for an arm.
For example I have a campman HEXlite mibspe and 5 caps, one of them is the AC XL (arm), what benefits can I have?
WHat benefits give 7.13 with arm?
Yes 802.11, is finally included support for R K and V?
thanks
Instead of me typing it all, you better have a look at the documentation:

In a mixed environement you can do a mixed CAPsMAN (old and new), but I think it is not really beneficial for you from a wifi perspective (and in my opinion). But 7.13 does contain more than wifi changes…
