my hotspot users can see others user in the network, so they can check others ports or connect to shared folders, how can i avoid this problem??
in the wlan interface which your clients are connecting to, disable Default Forwarding.
my clients are connecting to the private interface, ether1, and i connect there my access point, i´ve tried to disable ARP at the interfaces list but it doesn´t work, and the option that you tell me is not avaliable

your access point should have a feature of this kind. Look through the manual of your AP for this kind of feature.
Each vendor calls it something different, but it essentially does the same
