ISP network communication x Internal network with Mikrotik

Currently mikrotik receives the IP through the “dhcp client” from our ISP supplier.
The internet of this ISP router is 192.168.15.xxx and our internal network through mikrotik is 192.168.88.xxx. I would like to know if it is possible for clients that are connected through the ISP Router’s wifi (192.168.15.xxx) to be able to communicate with devices that are connected through mikrotik on the network (192.168.88.xxx)?
Can anyone help me?

If your router’s config is more or less default (and you’re using one of SOHO-line routers, not the pro-line, which mostly includes CCR routers), then firewall filter config prevents any communication started from WAN side towards LAN (so started from 192.168.15.0/24 in your case). If the firewall config was (significantly) changed, then this may not be true.
