ISP problems

Hi,

so fighting with my ISP.
Few days ago upgraded to MikroTik RB4011iGS+RM.
Added manually and imported firewall section, scrips and some more from old router.
All was fine, got 805-905MB. In the next morning I only have 100MB bandwidth.
So checked the config and under the interface > status > rate incoming is 100Mbps.
At interface > ethernet section incoming is marked 100MFull and 1000M Full.
Is that the ISP gpon problem or still I need to look somewhere in my end?
Connecting direct to ISP gpon I have 500mb. Changed gpons power supply, restarted, Rate in mikrotik 100MB.

I think the gpon converter is half dead.

Any ideas?

Anyone?

What type of ISP service and equipment do you have?

Change your cable… also test other RB Ports

Only one port works on gpon Huawei HG8242H. So cant change it. ISP provides only one for client.

1gb connection.

Changed also the cable to router.

Ideas? Hints?

yes, if you dont want your RB4011 I will pay for shipping to my location.

You can buy yourself a new RB4011.

It dose not help to solve the issue.

Is the ISP modem in Bridge Mode?

I don’t know what are the ISP modem settings.

best to coordinate the mtu and duplex mode with the isp on his modem and on the mikrotik side
