At Location A: ISP router installed and connected with my Tower UNIFI device
At location B: UNIFI device plugged in Mikrotik eth 5 (will be used as WAN )and eth 1 at mikrotik is LAN
i want to use eth 5 as WAN and also want to access the UNIFI devices web interface for further configuration from same eth 5 (WAN Port). Kindly guide me how to access this?
You need to explain what is between site A & B and the unifi setup we aren’t mind readers.
If the drawing is accurate it’s what two towers and you have point-to-point links between them?
You probably need VLAN TRUNKS between A & B but as to what VLANS the unifi system is using you said nothing.
