ISP VLAN

Hi all,
We have a stacked Avaya core switch that we have created an ISP VLAN on (vlan 999). The port going from the switch to our lab Mikrotik is untagged vlan 999. So on the Mikrotik if I just create vlan 999 and assign it to ether 1, the traffic should pass is this correct? We have an RB2011UiAS-RM running 6.44.
Thanks,

If it’s going to you untagged, it will be directly on interface, no need to create any VLAN.

If Switchport is Access VLAN Untaged configurations to Mikrotik should configure directly in interface, no VLAN need!
If switchport is Trunk with allowed VLAN (Tagged VLAN), you can config VLAN in Mikrotik!

Yea, im thinking of doing something very similar. I believe if both ends are configured as untagged ports, you are good to go. Just plug and play
