ISSUE of session sip behind my mikrotik routerboard 433AH

Hell all

i have a mikrotik 433AH with winbox 5.0, i have setup portaone système voip behind my mikrotik, when i make a call towards
long call, i don’t receive de ring, but the phone of destinaire ringing, i think that it is the problem of NAT transversal.
pleanse some body can help me

I had a same problem before, if you using NAT for SIPs, the incoming packets have lost their destination. Now I using fixed public IP for each SIP in my network so for me the problem was solved on this way.

i have add this rules in ip/firewall/nat router
chain=dstnat action=dst-nat to-addresses=192.168.100.199 to-ports=0-65535
protocol=udp dst-address=X.X.X.X

et my call is ok now behind my mikrotik, but i want to know if it is bad configuration??

X.X.X.X=my ip public
