Issue: WebFig Graphs stop loading after ~1 month uptime

Hi everyone,

I’m using a CCR1072 with RouterOS v6.49.10 (long-term), and I’ve been consistently running into this issue:

After approximately 25–30 days of uptime, the Graphs section in WebFig (HTTP) stops loading.
Everything else in WebFig works fine (I can browse menus, apply configurations, etc.), but when I try to access Graphs, the page turns completely blank.
The router itself keeps running perfectly — forwarding, firewall, queues, etc. all continue without issue.
There is enough free disk space (over 60 MiB available), and I’ve already tried restarting just the web service with:

/ip service disable www
/ip service enable www

but this does not fix the problem.
Only a full router reboot (/system reboot) brings the graphs back, which is not ideal as this is a production device.

thank you very much in advance,

Bastian S,

It could be device-speciffic issue (i.e. tied to CCR1xxx family of devices). Other than that, I’m running a few devices with ROS 6.49.18 (latest long-term), all with uptimes beyond 31 days … and none exhibits the symptoms you described. So I suggest you to uprade to latest long-term version (6.49.18) and see if it makes any change.

Also, check if the behaviour is the same in Winbox (i.e. is the issue something not generating the data or is it something connected to the way it is rendered in the Webfig UI?)

I seldom use WebFig, but just tried it on my RB4011 that is running 6.49.15 and has an uptime of 355 days. Graphing is working fine in both WebFig and WinBox 4. Using FireFox for a web browser, but also tried Chrome - also worked.
