I try to configure a MIKROTIC SXTsq 5 ac bridge using WinBox soft but I encounter a problem :
I cannot connect the device using the MAC address (in Neighbors). Picture 1
I Also tried with the password on the sticker but the result is the same. Picture 2
Do you have an explication of this issue and how to resolve it ?

What about the given feedback: “ERROR: wrong username or password”
You might need to do a hardware reset to default config, to get the username and password of the sticker installed.
Some changes have apparently been done .. as 192.168.88.1 is the default IP address of MikroTik
But … a SXTsq5 ac with a sticker .Never seen.
Might have to reset as bpwl said:
Wrong credentials here means that you can connect to a device which rejects the given credentials. Otherwise it’d give you another error message. The SXTsq5 seems to be some small hotspot https://mikrotik.com/product/sxtsq_5_high_power
Since it is discontinued, it is old. Since it’s old, someone likely was using it with another set of credentials.

I did a hardware reset to default config. Doing that, I was finally able to connect the device using the password of the sticker.
