I got it working correctly and the 5ghz ban works fine with it and has fast speeds, but the 2ghz band barely gets 2 Mbps download. When it is not on capsman it gets the full speeds. This is an a wAP ac.
Nevermind I have seemed to have solved the issue with a few changes.
