hello Gents,
we have a wifi network recently we face a problem as the following
the network is based on local router in each HotSpot (HS) zone RB951 with HS service activated in it, and every thing is working fine, since 2 days we face a problem that the end users can login the HS using the voucher username and password, but there is no internet at all. when instantly disabling the HS service, the users receive the internet normally when the HS service is activated again, and the users login again there is no internet for all users in that site but still connected to the billing… this problem appears in all the HS zones at the same time 8:00pm till 9:00 pm
what would this problem be ??
