First thing to try: a different, known to be good, power adapter, power adapters do age and power outage is a slight shock for PAs actually. Also try with different PoE injector (but this is a bit less likely cause of problems)

I did.
I replaced adapter and PoE. But didn’t solve the issue.
Actually, it seems more like a bug or hardware problem. Because after reinstallation of v6.49.15(stable). It works for up to 10 days but another power outage occured and causes the issue again.
I contacted mikrotik support for the problem, sent them supout file but didn’t get any answers yet.
I’m waiting. I hope it won’t be a serious problem. I use this model only for one year and didn’t expect to have serious problem this soon.
Maybe I send it for a complete checking for hardware damage or software bugs.
