It is possible to disable dhcp in a single ether

Good and Greetings Colleagues! I have a 750G with hotspot running with 54 subscribers, I have the ether 1 as Wan and all the rest of the Ether as a hotspot! I wanted to know if I can disable the dhcp of the Hotspot “only on a specific ether” so I can assign a static ip on the client’s device that depends on a wired network directly from the aforementioned port? If there is such a configuration, I would appreciate your help! Blessings…

Does he need the hotspot?
Or for him is enough direct connection?

Hi

I’m guessing all the interfaces are in a bridge, and the dhcp server is defined on that bridge. Then no.

If you really don’t want dhcp offers there, isolate the interface and assign it a different range, with no dhcp server for it.

There are two ways out:

  1. if that’s a particular device with known MAC address, you can make the DHCP lease static (and optionally edit the leased IP address)
  2. set IP address by hand on the device. In this case it won’t ask DHCP server for one.
