Juniper EX4200 doesnt reconize CCR1036

Mikrotik device: ccr1036-8g-2s+em
Switch: Juniper EX4200

So basically the the mikrotik using port 16 on the juniper as uplink so we can configure and get link ready, however it doesnt reconize it
The Juniper Port status still is “Link Down”. However lights on both ports are blinking , juniper and mikrotik

Any idea? Do we need to change some setting on the mikrotik?
I read the ports are programmable so can be used as you need, as uplink for mikrotik device and also for uplink for others

I have no issues from an EX4600 to our Mikrotiks.
Is this ethenet to ethernet?

Yes one of the Ethernet ports of the mikrotik to a Ethernet port to the Juniper (Ethernet)

The only settings you can really change is to set auto-negotiation to no and force to 1Gbps on both sides. But doubt thats it.

I have only used the management port ethernet to a Mikrotik - otherwise its normally SFP+ to SFP+ - all work.
