Am in need of help. It happens yesterday bought a new licence for Ros L4 and installed in on a harddisk with Router OS Version 6.47 an outdated version. Now the harddisk in missing Dhcp files and many other packages. I can’t use the PC.
I already downloaded the current version 6.49.17 but if I format the harddisk I will loose my license. Please I need support on this.

Just update your instalation to the latest 6.x version or 7.x
For 6.x version check if all packages are enabled, if not then the particular services are not accessible.
