Kalman filter for GPS data

Hello.

I am massively using LtAP mini for vehicle tracking, on open spaces with the external antenna it is very handy and good but at the moment it finds some obstacles the GPS chip sometimes fail the position a lot of meters and jumps, next few seconds it returns to the same position.

I am actually working on filtering the output with some “kalman” filters and it is easier to implement in C or C++ directly, although several C/C++ libraries open source exists about this.

I hope Mikrotik can add one of this libraries to the GPS package and offer a checkbox to activate it and adjust the parameters.
