I have recently discovered the graphing tool on the mikrotik boxes and have set that up to view usage on a particular queue that I was interested in. I have also setup a data source in DUDE to view the same data. I have some observations:
When setting a queue in MT, one can choose by kb. When viewing this same queue using charts on the web browser, it shows the value set as Kb. Why the difference?
When watching traffic directly on the traffic tab of the queue, the data is shown as kb but that same data on the web interface is shown as Kb.
In dude, when monitoring a queue, what are the correct settings for data, scale mode and scale?
I seem to be getting different readings for the chart in DUDE, the web interface graph and the traffic tab in the queue. I don’t know which one to trust.
