keep downloads away from HTTP redirection ??

hey all

I made a nat rule to redirect all HTTP traffic on one PC to specified other website by using
the port 80
and it works well

but downloading a file is also redirected as it on port 80

can i separate the downloads away from the browsing
thanks all

No. There is no difference between “browsing” and “downloading”. Especially not for the first packet, at which point you’re locked into whatever NAT decision you made for the rest of the connection. What you’re trying to do is impossible.

ok :frowning:
thanks for reply
but is there any method that i can redirect the user page without affecting his downloads

No. Browsing and downloading are the same thing: the retrieval of resources via HTTP.

I think we can do, (Personal views)
