keep rebooting on CCR1016-12G

Hello everyone!
Since I updated my CCR 1016-12G to routeros 6.42.1 I have frequent restarts, in essence I do not exceed 3 days of uptime.
A colleague of mine advised me to update and so I updated to the latest version of routeros 6.43.8 about 4 weeks ago.
Well, the problem is identical nothing has changed!
This ccr currently works as a pppoe server with queue management and as a vpls concentrator since my network is set up with mpls + ospf.
I installed a machine with cacti and I put cpu and memory under the monitor and the cpe does not exceed the use of 25% while the memory is generally around 500mb of use on 2gb.
Quandi has restarted other times it did not generate the autosupport.rif file, this time.
You tell me how should I proceed?
Thank you

How old is your CCR?

You can find out a reason for the reboot without contacting support only if you are very lucky and guess the reason (by changing configuration or hardware parts, for example, power adapter). If your router is rebooting, then you should always:

  1. Upgrade RouterOS;
  2. Upgrade RouterBOOT;
  3. Netinstall router if it is possible;
  4. If problem remains, then send supout file to support@mikrotik.com and then follow further instructions.

the CCR is about 5 years old. I have updated both routeros and routerboot. sent the file to mikrotik.

At 5 years the electrolytic capacitors are likely to be causing trouble. Look for capacitors with bulging tops or leaning over meaning bulging bottoms.

Incredibly, I have the same problem on my router (ccr1016 12g - bought 27.01.2014.) and problem it began to manifest in January of this year.
Has anyone solved the problem? and how?

I have a problem with CCR1036-12g-4s that keeps rebooting when it gets to loading kernel.
When I try to netinstall it gets stuck at eth boot.
