Kernel Failure Routerboard rebooted 433AH and now 100Mhz

Hello to all,
i have this problem with 2 Routerboard 433AH.
Yesterday the routerboard work fine, at 14:00 Pm 1 of this routerboard reboot and into log file appear kernel failure.
Reboot many times and i must to go into routerboard via telnet and i try to make /system routerboard upgrade
Then i have rebooted and now WORKS, but at 100Mhz.

How i can solve this big problem?

You can set your RB433AH CPU speed in /system routerboard settings

/system routerboard settings set cpu-frequency=680MHz

The available options are:- 100MHz 150MHz 200MHz 300MHz 400MHz 600MHz 680MHz 800MHz

if it works, upgrade to v3.22 and after that also the bootloader. then see if you can set it back to 680MHz
