Kernel not found

Hi there all,
I have a 411 routerboard which for no reason it stopped working. Fisrt the LAN lights interface didn´t light up anymore. And now and I plugged the RS232 cable it says " kernel not found ".
Is this terminal patient have a solution ?

Re-install it using NetInstall.

but how am I gonna do this, if it doesn´t show in the winbox window?
