Kernel panic not syncing VFS Unable mount root fs on unknown

Kernel panic - not syncing: VFS: Unable to mount root fs on unknown-block(0,0)

I have an RB133 that bricked when doing an upgrade from ROS v3 to ROS v5
( I was getting it ready for my new 5ghz wireless card )
any idea’s how to solve this issue ?

I don’t mind buying a newer model as the 100mhz was pretty darn slow for my torrents but I would like to get it going again at least as a backup …

used for sharing ADSL connection plus running wired LAN and 2.4 ghz and 5 ghz wireless networks together and VPN …

if I short the jumper kernel does not even load
is their any way to ttl it ?
memory test fine and nand formats do not give any error

Do you realy want to format your nand?
that would result in losing all your data

ok fixed it using firmware from here

http://www.routerboard.com/files/rb-2.18/adm5120-2.18.fwf

where does one actually FIND the RB133 firmware ? normally ( google cache saved me this time)

another thing is I broke a bit of the circuitry on the board when moving my earth cable

its D10 near the mounting screw near power inlet

WT5E I think is what it reads ( its cracked in half )
