sometime my technicians must kick some PPPOE users on my mikrotik , how can i manage it without admin permission?

It is my understanding that permissions are not granular enough to allow kicking users without allowing full access to everything else. However, using the API, it is possible (and reasonably simple) to provide a web interface which only allows this one thing.
