With user manager ,How can the member disconnect is on the line? (user online in the user manager)
Remove the user’s session(s) from the list of active sessions (A sessions) in the UM web interface. This is likely to work better if you have CoA enabled in UM as well as in your hotspot router.
Of course you can always use winbox and directly terminate the active session.
If you use PPPoE however, CoA will not work.
CoA works on my router. just set port to 1700 on usermanager and radius tab of router.
select users, choose disable, then choose enable when desired the user(s) will reconnect
