KNOT would perfect device for our use, but we need GPS NMEA to external device and that device have only rs232 port where we need to get NMEA.
I know KNOT has rs485 ports, but is there rs232 port somewhere? Or is it possible use USB-COM port adapter?
You can also get yourself a RS232 to RS485 converter.
Yeah, that is one option.
Just thinking how to get it working.
Flow would be like: KNOT GPS —> RS485 —> RS485/RS232 —> devices RS232 port
So if is possible to setup that GPS NMEA is send it to rs485 on RouterOS then it is feasible
