In between I got 2 entries as:
“cloud change time Sep/xx/2023 04:38:21 => Sep/11/2023 06:02:48”
Does it mean system time is starting to going slow after a short period?
No, time has nothing to do with router performance.
IP CLOUD time is very imprecise, it can vary a lot. Just configure NTP on your router to not have such random clock

/system ntp client
set enabled=yes
/system ntp client servers
add address=time.cloudflare.com
