L2 Over GRE between Mikrotik and Cisco

Hello there…
My issue :
1-I need to pass L2 traffic over L3 between Mikrotik and Cisco (Like EOIP in mik2mik)
2-I ran EoMPLS between Mikrtoik and Cisco and everything works fine but until both of theme are connected, when i implement a GRE tunnel L2 traffic can not pass over GRE!

I think there’s some kinda limitation for passing L2 traffic in GRE.
