L2TP-Client failure: bad address or dns name

Hi,
I’m trying to set up a l2tp client but I’m getting the error “failure: bad address or dns name”. Is there some special syntax required?

[user@router] > /interface l2tp-client add name=test connect-to=2a00:1828:2000:594::1000:1000 user=test
failure: bad address or dns name

Kind Regards
Hayo

VPN tunnels in RouterOS do not support IPv6 at the moment

That’s unfortunate. Any idea if this will be supported in some (near) future version?

Hello out there,
I got stuck at this point. I really wanted to create a L2TP or some other tunnel, to archive static IP adresses for routing.
I have two WAN connections, one is ipv4 only, the other one is v4/6 dualstack, I installed an CHR in hetzner cloud. By default I´ve got one ipv4 address and one /64 subnet.
My plan was to make a route (IPv4 to hetzner, using IPv4-only-WAN), that would work, but even if I try using an DNS name, I can not use IP6 to start the Tunnel.3
Is there a v7 beta out there? By using InternetSearch™ I´ve found people 2013 missing this feature.
