We setup Mikrotik as L2TP server with one interface outside of country we have range of Public IP addresses on L2TP server interface, L2TP clients are able to connect the server and they have internet. My question is how we can assign Public IP address to L2TP clients?
for l2tp you can assign the pool of real addresses to be given directly to customers. One one end you have real addresses on the local end (your router) you have your local address that is same for every tunnel.
Just set default route that will point correctly to the outside world.
L2TP server have only one interface with 3 public IP address, L2TP client connecting via Public IP and have internet when I put privet IP Local address 10.10.10.1 and Remote address 10.10.10.2 but when I replace Remote address with one of public IP addresses it is connecting and taking the Public IP but there is not internet connection.
Hope you get my point and give me some idea about this configuration.
