L2TP connection problem on 7.2.3 os

Dear All,

I am facing problem on L2TP vpn. In mikrotik l2tp server and user id created properly. But when tried to connect from windows or macos its not connecting. If i use l2tp client as a router its connecting. In windows i already enable registry editor udpexception to value2. Could someone help why its not connecting. Also version 6.49.6 same problem found wheather in 6.49.5 it works perfectly.

without config, logs only Merlin can help you.
CLI export config

export hide-sensitive file=name

CLI logging

/system logging
add prefix=L2TP----> topics=l2tp,!packet
add prefix=IPSEC----> topics=ipsec,!packet

Event viewer Windows ERRORS are usually generic but still worth it.
