VPN tunnel doen’t recovery after down.
VPN client’s log has a lof of massege about ipsec
There is sush state of active peer from the side of VPN server. No change on establish state.
Please advice why does it happen and how to fix it?

What exactly means the “down” in “recovery after down”? Is it a reboot of the client, a reboot of the server, or the internet connection between them is not transparent for a moment while the two Mikrotiks themselves keep running?
While in this state (client is trying to connect but receives no answers), what does /ip firewall connection print where dst-address~“500” or src-address~“500” show at both the client (initiator) and the server (responder)?
