I have been able to configure the L2TP Server and the Windows 7, Remote Client too, without problems and these can connect very well.
But one of my remote clients is in the same network address of the remote server where it should connect.
The LAN network of the remote client is 192.168.0.0/24 and the host where he must access on the L2TP Server, is 192.168.0.10.
After he’s connect to the LTP Server when he try to connect via Windows Remote Desktop to the address 192.168.0.10, he cannot find that server since he searches for it in his Lan network.
I have tried to make a tracer to the server’s IP from the Remote Client and that seems to update the ARP table of the remote PC so it is then possible to access IP 192.168.0.10 via Remote Desktop.
In the examples I saw on the Web, the LAN network behind the L2TP server is different from the LAN Network of the Road Warrior.
Can someone guide me on how should I configure my L2TP Server so that this does not happen?
