I recently added a public IP on my router for remote access and configured a L2TP Server Preshared key I used ARP Proxy to access a local Network on LAN to DVRs and RDP I can successfully Connect to my public IP via L2TP connection and and connect to RDP or browse web over my VPN on iPhone fron local network or any public network I also can successfully connect wia windows client on local network But I cant browse anything on windows client from public network but I can ping my VPN server and also remote DVRS and RPD IPs but cant connect to them
like I can ping and browse 10.10.10.0/24 - 8.8.8.8 also browse web ON IOS - on public and local network
I can Ping 10.10.10.0/24 - 8.8.8.8 on Windows also browse web from windows on local network
I can ping 10.10.10.0/24 - 8.8.8.8 on windows from windows from public network
I CANT browse web from windows on public network also RDP and DVRS also won’t show up

But with your phone when using l2tp, can you RDP ? I would say it is a routing problem, but in case your phone works fine then something might be wrong with your windows PC.
yea its working just fine with the IOS devices also windows client in Lan network but when I use public Ip outside my own network from windows client it can ping but cant browse my lan segment and Internet
this computer connected via Lan with L2TP connected as you can see there is no routing I check that befor on Public Ip outside the network that was blank too but not working there
