Hello everyone,
I have been using L2TP with IPSec on our Mikrotik for a while now from my Mac with no issues. Others that have been using it are telling me they are having issues, I have tested it myself and cannot connect from their computers (also Mac Sierra) but I can connect using their accounts from my computer, I have completely rebuilt their VPN client profiles and still nothing. The VPN connection from my computer ONLY works from WiFi, will not connect when connecting through a hotspot or trying to connect the VPN directly from my Android phone. This is my first time posting here so please be nice 
Anyone have any ideas?? I am stumped. Below are screenshots of my setup and attempts in the log:
The log below is a failed attempt to connect from my Mac via hotspot on my android phone, this same long will repeat consecutively about 8 times before it times out and pops an error on the mac stating the L2TP server did not respond.
