L2TP over IPsec not working

Hello,

I am new at RouterOS, so I need your help. I am trying to create VPN connection to my RB3011 over internet. My situation is as follows:

  1. VPN Server - RB3011, client will be Windows PC, or Android
  2. I want to have same IP range as I have at home 192.168.1.x
  3. At home i have fast Internet over Fiber network
  4. my connection scheme looks like this:
    Internet<----->some funny GPON (Huiwei HA7200D) device with public IP on WAN side and 192.168.188.254 on LAN side<---->My RB3011 with IP 192.168.188.92 on WAN side

I was told that this GPON device is sometning like 100% NAT, and my problem to estabilish connection should not be this device. But I have my own meaning about that. Anyway, do somebody have an idea how I can solve my problem to estabilish connection?

My setting on RouterOS are shown on attached pictures.

If you can post the logs that appear during a connection will help immensely. #2 add 17(udp) accept statement for port 1701. Port 1701 over TCP is not needed, you do need udp though. Also, what error messages are you getting on the client - we really need more information to be of any assistance.

Hello, change you input firewall rule with destination port 1701. It must be UDP instead of TCP.
