L2TP site-to-site don't work

Сonnection is not established.

What I do wrong???

Don’t know much about L2TP but is ‘Dial on demand’ really what you want? You could try turning it off just to test the link.

Then I Uncheck “Dial on Demand” all works!!!

That is this “Dial on Demand” ?

Dial on demand = bring up the link only when interesting traffic is waiting to be sent.

I assume you hadn’t tried just pinging across the link then?
