I have two l2tp tunnels originating on my CCR router to two remote sites. Both of these tunnels have been running for nearly two years.
Other than the destination IP address, they are identical. One of them has gone down and will not re-establish.
It keeps connecting and dropping. I can reach the far end router outside the tunnel and it is fine.
It gets everything set up and then decides to purge the connection and starts all over.
This happened once before about 6 months ago to both connections and magically fixed itself after about a day.
I could use some advice from someone a lot more familiar with VPN that I am
