L2TP VPN Configured But Clients NO Internet Access

I have successfully installed Router OS on a Virtualbox Instance with 2 Virtual Ethernet Port, bridged to each of my physical Ethernet Card on my Desktop.

The setup works fine, clients are getting IP via DHCP.

The problem is with my L2TP setup. I followed a video:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0gQpxt6AyIQ

Step by step I followed that video, but in the end, It failed. Chrome Browser says “DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_BAD_CONFIG”.

I’ve tested the L2TP server and account, no issues at all and works fine when used directly on a Desktop.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I’m no sure what details you need from me, so you could help me on this issue. Please feel free to ask me the details you need, I will post them here.

So no answers?

I would understand that. This is not a consumer grade router, so professional and certified people could configure it.

I just tried my best to configure it by following tutorials found on the Internet. We intend to bundle the Router with a VPN service and resell the unit. So installed a demo instance of RouterOS on a VirtualBox to see if we could configure it ourselves, but we failed to put things right successfully within the 24-hours window.

We already Ordered 5-units of hEX Lite, and we promised we can roll them out next week, there a 5 clients lined up.

Can anyone from here offer commercial support? We contacted a local consultant, who we found on your support page. But currently the guy is currently overseas.

We need a step-by-step guide and/or configure the router remotely.

And one more question… Is there any online training program?
