Any chance there is a limit in the profile of the L2TP server ?
If that’s not the case, then you should create a new log entry, with topics l2tp and debug so that we can see more specifically what is happening…

I disabled the rule cuz it may use resources if you want to use it first enable it then connect to your L2TP and after that collect your log and publish it. remove any public IP/sensitive data from the log
