Cannot obtain information from units accesed with Winbox. Screen loads fine, but unable to obtain information on operation of unit. If try to access “log” units present no information and after about five seconds, disconnects from unit. This happens of four out of five units. Unable to figure out what happened, as it used to work fine. Any ideas?? I am new to this forum, so please excuse any errors in courtesy. Thanks for help. frankinsb
Thanks very much for your prompt response. I was connecting via MAC, and I tried via IP address, and it works like a champ. That was my problem! Thanks for the very good advice!! franklinsb
are you connecting via MAC address or via IP? ARe you connecting through ethernet or wireless? These are things needed to know to help you out.. thank -Jordan
