Lan - Lan 4 ip route

Hello
I am trying to make 4 IP addresses on two separate LANs communicate with each other 4 with the help of Mikrotik. A ip group is 172.18.190.116 - 119 B ip group is 192.168.0.240 - 243. when 172.18.190.116 is queried, the information from 192.168.0.240 will be sent back via 172.18.190.116. same for other three ip too. For this, I tried routing by assigning ether1 and ether2 static ips, but I did not get any results when I queried 172.18.190.116. I’m not sure now on whether to do it by giving two lan ip addresses or not. Which configuration methods like routing lan to lan, creating vlan, creating wan - lan suitable to do this kind of operation.

Not sure what you mean by make??

First if they are different subnets, one needs to consider firewall rules to ensure those IPs can reach other at level3.
In terms of routing, if they are local subnets on the router, the router knows about them and creates routes already.

Therefore, there should be no impediment to one device being able to reach the other device, assuming the above items are covered.
