Lan Port becomes 10Mbps

I have multiple Mikrotik Board where i am getting that after some time it is getting 10Mbps & Auto Negotiation is not working, can any one suggest me the reason of it as well what is the solution of it

In my network, this happens in tower where are FM transmitters.
You must use a good shielded ethernet cable, well connected and have a very good ground. Radio must be in a metallic case.
Thi resolve in 80% of cases.

This happens to me also.
Near FM towers or far away from them.
Problem is when my 1000mbits links fall down to 10 mbits. I use only shielded cables, grounding is good everywhere…
I noticed that this happens only on 450/750 boards. On this boards I have Ethernet flopping too.
I sent lots of support files to MT but no real solution for now…

for other 20% you can try to use RB2011LS and use fibre to get to the top of the tower.

Also if any one use RBPOE PoE injector try with another one i find lot of them defective especially gigabit PoE injectors

Happened to me today, rb1000 to 411ah where it only connected to 10mbit. Turn of auto-neg in both ends and it worked at 100mbit.

I try multiple time to making it auto mode but wont work, also i connected to direct laptop and restart it get boot shows 10Mbps and then LAN unplugged, if i make my laptop 10Mbps then it works.
